
CTS provides technical support to customer firms. CTS staff takes special care and
attention to ensure that our customer firms receive the highest level of training
and service in order to help end users in a timely and responsive manner. For the
quickest response to any question or issue, please raise all technical issues directly
to your clearing firm or broker. If the situation warrants a level 2 or level 3
response, the firm will then contact CTS in order to resolve the issue.
CTS does not have the authority to manipulate orders or release trade related information
to individual users.
Customer firms and API specialists can contact CTS support between the hours of
7am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday at (312) 939-0164. Outside of these hours, CTS support
