T4 Desktop and T4 WebTrader customers get access to the Customer Portal without
an additional fee. View account information, download the latest information about
T4, or view your current or past day’s order book simply by logging in.
Home
The home page allows you to install the T4 front-end by clicking on the link. This
page also displays important system messages that may be sent out by the system
administrator of your firm.
Accounts
In the Accounts section, you can view your order book for any account you have permission
to view. View order books from any previous day, up to 7 years. View reports regarding
an account’s activity for that day or for an entire month, reports regarding market
activity, and other reports about accounts.
View an array of charts, including charts showing account balance in previous days
or months.
Users
View order books by user, session information including times and location of all
your logins, reports such as order activity, performance charts, and audit trails.
Downloads
CTS guides, and other downloads can be found in the Downloads section of the Customer
Portal.
Change Password
You can change your password directly from the Customer Portal.
Logoff
Click on the Logoff link to log out of the Customer Portal.
