In order to start developing an application to the API you must first install it. This is done by installing either the T4ClientLive.exe or T4ClientSim.exe files from the website. Both installs contain the same binary files, the only difference is the install location (c:\Program Files\CTS\T4Client for live, c:\Program Files\CTS\T4ClientSim for simulator) and the T4Screen.exe.config files that contain the server location and whether it is the live or simulator system.
